How player reports work
Player reports are short, structured notes from people who played Commander at a store: which night, how many pods, the bracket they saw, how welcoming it felt, whether it suits newer players, and how proxies work in practice. There are no star ratings.
What we show, and what we don't
- Every report is checked by a person before it appears. Nothing is published automatically.
- We publish honest reports whether they're positive or negative. We never edit a player's words. We either show the report as written or don't show it.
- We remove reports that contain personal attacks, names or details of private people, contact info, links, hate speech, accusations of crimes, or content that isn't about playing at that store. We also remove spam, duplicates and reports from store owners or staff about their own store.
- Reporters confirm they played as customers and weren't paid or rewarded. Spellgs doesn't pay for, incentivize, buy or sell reports, and stores can't pay to remove or reorder them.
- Reports don't change our Best Commander stores rankings.
- Email addresses (optional) and technical anti-spam data stay private and are never shown.
Store owners: respond or request a review
Use the store response form with your store name and the report you mean. You can:
- Add a public response shown under the report (keep it factual and courteous).
- Ask us to review a report you believe breaks the rules above or isn't genuine. We'll take it down while we check if it plainly breaks them.
- Remove a photo of your store at any time.
We reply within a few business days. Disagreeing with an honest opinion isn't, by itself, a reason to remove it.
The full rules are in our Content Policy, including the "Report this" link on every report and how appeals work.
